Richard graduated from Fort Hays State University with a BS in Elementary Education. After 16 year as a teacher, coach, and elementary and middle school principal, and 5 years as a sales manager for an oil drilling company, he joined Waddell & Reed in May 2016. Richard and wife Pam were married in 1995 and have 2 children, daughter Riley and son Cale.
